Curtain wall structural calculation and facade structural reports
Stick, unitised and structural-glazed facades: we calculate the full load path from wind pressure to the anchor and deliver a structural report that reviewers can follow.
Why it matters
A facade calculation is more than proving that a profile works. Wind pressure and suction, glass weight, thermal movement, storey drift and connection details have to be checked together. A wrong bracket or an unchecked anchor can make even the right profile unsafe.
Every report states its assumptions, the standard used and the limit each result is compared with. We work to Eurocodes with the relevant national annexes and to Turkish standards (TS 498) for projects in Türkiye.

Send project details WhatsAppWhat we check
Wind load
Pressure and suction by height, terrain category, corner and edge zones (EN 1991-1-4 / TS 498).
Mullions
Support conditions, deflection limits of EN 13830, bending and shear; composite inertia for thermally broken profiles.
Transoms
Biaxial bending under wind and glass dead load, torsion and setting-block deflection.
Glass
Stress and deflection of insulating and laminated glass.
Brackets and connections
Aluminium and steel brackets, welds and bolts (EN 1999-1-1, EN 1993-1-8).
Anchors
Tension, shear, edge distances and cracked concrete with manufacturer software and ETA data.

Curtain Wall Structural Calculation
Can you work to the national annex of my country?
Yes. We prepare calculations to the Eurocodes with the national annex of the project country and state all parameters clearly in the report.
What do you need for a quote?
Elevations, storey heights, project location and the system name are usually enough for a first quote.
